  3. Information Item Two:  Presentation by Donna Tripp of Craig Lawson & Company on behalf of 6733 So. Sepulveda Blvd. Associates, LLC regarding a multi-family residential project with 200 rental units and 147,000 sf excluding two levels of underground parking and residents' amenity deck.

  4. Information Item Three:  Presentation by Genevieve Liang of Mirasol Development, LLC regarding proposed development of a solar photovoltaic project on Thornburn bounded by La Tijera and La Cienega.
