Discussion/Action (Motion): 
  1. Introductions

  2. We will continue our discussion of the details of our Health Fair now scheduled for June 2nd and call on the sub-committees to get progress reports and assess addtional requirements.

  3. We will discuss the planned budget and how to maximize the publicity of the event.

  4. Julie Prewitt has been working on our Senior Committee brochure.  We will review and discuss flyer designs that have been suggested so that we may proceed with publication once the budget is approved.

  5. We will discuss the coordination of the event with our other neighborhood councils and additional outreach projects for the upcoming Health Fair.

  6. We will discuss any ideas for vendor selection at the event

  7. Announcements from all organizations.

  8. Meeting Adjourns
