Stakeholder Registration
Today the Neighborhood Council of Westchester Playa has 7693 registered stakeholders and it continues to grow. Your participation in our Neighborhood Council helps influence the direction of our community in its city chartered advisory capacity to our city leaders and departments.

Stakeholder Registration Forms
A stakeholder is defined as any person living in, working in or owning real property within the boundaries of the NCWP (see map) side. Stakeholders must register with NCWP in order to become voting members or hold elected office.

To register, download one of the following appropriate forms, fill it out and take it to any Neighborhood Council of Westchester/Playa meeting with proof of eligibility noted on the form.
