      4. Motion to approve an expenditure of $1,020 for monthly power washing of sidewalks in and around the Westchester Municipal Building
      5. Motion to approve grant request not to exceed $1,500 by the LAPD Pacific Area Boosters for the 2017 Winter Wonderland
      6. Motion to approve grant request of $1,500 by the Emerson Community Garden for repairs and equipment/tools
      7. Motion to approve grant request not to exceed $1,500 by the Airport Marina Counseling Services
      8. Motion to approve grant request not to exceed $1,500 by Meals on Wheels
      9. Motion to send a letter to Councilman Bonin to request that his office prepare regular email planning bulletins that compile current land use issues, including citywide policy issues, current hearing dates, and details about Westside developments being considered by the City for regular distribution to all CD 11 Neighborhood Councils.
